| My photo was taken at a canal near Low Mill,
Yorkshire This was the first of 3 challenges for our handicapped group – abseiling. Terrifying at first but I had a great feeling when I reached the canal towpath. White water rafting was to follow our climbing experience and thinking about this did ease my mind as I slid down the rope. All I was aware of as I slowly descended was not to hit the side wall and, of course, not to fall in the canal. This photo was submitted by Robyn Whitehouse from Saxon Hill School, Lichfield.
