Poetry of Place - Step into Cheshire

You too can recommend....

• any geographical poetry that young people write;
• any teaching ideas;
• any recommended published poems for use in geography lessons.

We are looking for teachers and students of geography to create short videos, photo-journalism for this fantastic project.

2. Email a proposal with a timescale to the above email address;
3. When you get the go-ahead - you will be given a brief.

The first phase of this project was completed thanks to the staff and students of Edgecliff High School, Kinver; Walton High School, Stafford; Kingsmead High School, Hednesford; Alleyne's High School, Stone and Sandon High School, Stoke-on-Trent who worked very hard to kick start this project.

Geography meets art!  With your pupils, are you able to go out and use natural or other materials to represent landforms you see in the environment,  Whether you are 5 or 55, please send us a digital picture of your geo-sculpture.
