Geosculpture - Andy Goldsworthy meets geographical shapes and patterns

Sea and surf.jpg (56408 bytes)Fairbournebeach.jpg (39525 bytes)This is a Storm Beach at Fairbourne near Barmouth in Wales on a winter's day. The sea is a brown swell, the surf is white. The stones appear to get larger as you go up the beach.

Young people can express their feelings and understandings through artistic representation. This is a representation of the patterns, shapes, textures and colours on the so-called grey cold day. This is the sculpture created on the beach encouraged observation or expression about the environment.
