Are National Parks for everyone?

Should there be free access to National Parks?


Your task should you choose to accept it-

You are Arthur Hathersage, an adviser to the Peak Park Planning Board. You have been specially chosen to use your considerable expertise in preparing a report on the future of National Parks as we know them!
