Using UK National Statistics

Step 1

Open an InternetBrowser and type in this website address:

www.statistics.gov.uk

Step 2

Look for Statstore in the menu. Click and you will get a window like this:

In the top scrolling window the themes are listed.  In this one the Natural and Built Environment is highlighted. Select the theme you need and click the button, Show Linked Datasets

Step 3

Below are the linked data sets related to that theme. When you have selected the dataset you wish to view.  Highlight and click the button View Dataset.

Step 4

Here is the dataset. 

Please note

There is an option to download it as a *.csv file and then it will open in Microsoft Excel and you can manipulate it.
