The Rainforest

Hi! I’ m Rainy the rainforest.

I live in Brazil. I’m quite wide and long.

But I’ve got a little problem that I want to talk about.

I’m constantly being disturbed by machines.

They are cutting me down to build cities and roads.

They are destroying the natural damp environment of the

rainforest which many species of creatures need to survive.

The once fertile soil is being dried out by the sun and is turning eventually into soft sand.

If they carry on there will be no fresh air for Brazils outer limits.

Also as I’m a major factor of the protection of the greenhouse affect, which damages and makes holes in the o-zone layer.

Now for your decision either you have a healthy o-zone layer and many of the millions of species which thrive in the rainforests.

Or you have lots of holes in the o- zone layer and just a desert instead of clean green me.

It’s your decision!

Animals big and small dying

The lush green forest

Big chunks gone in seconds
