Brief description of content |
Meir and Brand share many things in common. Both
feature centres of urban degradation that is compounded by out of
town shopping areas. Using slides and photos a comparison study can
be conducted using empathy and analytical skills to study the
processes that have led to the areas shared plight. Extension
opportunities abound with the possibility of fieldwork in the Meir
area and students offering solutions to problems helping to develop
knowledge of place and common problems shared by places.
