The Geography Department would like to congratulate all year 11, AS and A level students for again achieving excellent results in their respective examinations. The results prove that students choosing Geography for GCSE or A level can achieve the results they need and are some of the best in Staffordshire.

A level results are again very pleasing - 100% pass rate & 67% gain grades A-C

A grand total of 18 students were entered for the A2 examinations.

Special mention must be made of Tim Baker, Sam Garside, Owen Lee, Kayleigh Meyrick and James Murfitt who all gained grade A's while Heather Billings, Rebecca Hinks and Rebecca Scott all gained B grades.

'The AS exam results '

Twenty-four students were entered for the AS examinations. Some of the results were excellent and special mention must be made of Jonathon Steele, Faye Leese and Liam Roberts who achieved grade A's while Nicola Bourne, Tom Manning, David Marks and Rebecca Wright achieved grade B's.

'GCSE results' - Another good year at Blythe with a 79% pass rate

Forty-Four students were entered for the GCSE examinations and gained an excellent pass rate of 79% The best results were achieved by Holly Duckers, Elizabeth Handford, Heather James, Helen Steele, Matthew Stupples, Oliver Walton and Nichola Wilson.
