Where would you like to live in Europe on the basis of climate only?

In winter, the most important thing to me is windy weather. Most of all I would like it to be windy all of the time. This is because I like storms and the sound of the wind in the trees. Secondly I like perpetual drizzle because it all runs down into your socks and makes them damp. the worst thing about winter weather is snowfall. I don't want much of it ever; this is because I love school so much that I'm scared not to be able to get in and I will get behind with my work.
In Summer I'd still like it to be windy for the reasons I have explained before. The next most important thing about summer weather is to have a bit of rainfall so that all the flowers don't shrivel up. The worst thing about Summer weather is the sunshine. I don't want to get sun burnt because I am fair skinned.
I'm not bothered about thunder and lightning, nor the fog and so long as it isn't too humid I'm not too fussy about the amount of cloud.
In conclusion, I would like to live in a climate which was windy preferably throughout the year with a fair amount of rain at all seasons. It must be mild in winter so there is no snow and it is not that hot and sunny in the summer so that I don't get sun burn.
