What no Huskies?

My photo was taken at Sky High, Antarctica

Sky High is a summer base of the British Antarctic Survey. Traditionally these sleds were pulled by Husky dogs, but dogs are no longer used as they were passing infection onto the walrus. Diesel skidoos are a common form of transport now. Each day these sleds have to be dug out of the snow, which blows to cover them overnight.
